In most cases aggressive daily treatment is the key to a speedy recovery and getting your loved ones home as quickly as possible. That’s why Four Seasons and Rehabilitation Masters are proud to announce that we have formed a winning partnership to provide a dynamic therapy program.
At Four Seasons we are committed to providing Care, Compassion and Support on the Road to Recovery
Our team of licensed therapists meet with the resident, physicians, clinical care givers, and families to develop an individualized rehabilitation treatment plan for each resident. We encourage families to participate in the therapy sessions to experience how their loved one is doing.
The Therapy Team at Four Seasons can effectively treat a number of conditions including but not limited to:
• Joint Replacements
• Fractures
• Arthritis
• Osteoporosis
• Stroke
• Parkinson`s Disease
• Fall Management
• Cardiac Rehabilitation
Physical Therapy
Our Physical Therapists work with our patients on a wide range of therapy needs. Whether the needs are basic strengthening or learning to regain physical function, our team is well prepared to meet the needs of our patients. Our Therapy gym is very large and offers a full array of equipment.
Occupational Therapy
Our Occupational Therapists work with patients whose condition requires upper body strengthening or improvement of fine motor skills. The Therapy room at Four Seasons simulates a home kitchen environment, thus allowing patients to demonstrate if they are ready to return home and perform tasks of daily living.
Our occupational therapy program helps the resident achieve an independent, productive, and satisfying life. The team works with the resident to improve the abilities to carry out activities of daily living (ADL`s) such as:
• Dressing
• Bathing
• Cooking
• Feeding
• Toileting skills
• Leisure Activities
Speech Therapy
Four Seasons offers Speech Therapy to assess, diagnose and treat patients with speech and swallowing disorders. This often includes speech and swallowing retraining following strokes and other catastrophic illnesses. Although a speech therapist's job is not physically demanding, it does require patience and compassion, as progress may be slow and halting.
